As lawyers, no one is more critical to our success or failure than our staff.  Good staff make an attorney able to be superwoman and handle a large case load.  Bad staff make it impossible to do your job efficiently or - in a worst case scenario - steal your money.  After a short presentation on the applicable ethics rules for attorneys supervising their staff,  we will engage in an open discussion among attendees about how to manage staff, the different types of staff and what they do, and best practices for relationships with your staff.  IOWA members are welcome to invite a key staff member from their office to join the conversation as well.  (No need to register your staff - they can hop on with you!).  This event will be Zoom only with no watch parties due to inviting staff to join us.
